How to generate data
You can generate data in two ways: Browse Data By Sector and Building Data Queries . Select one of the four available sectors: External Sector, Financial Sector, Government Finance and Real Sector. You can build your query to display specific reports based on selected data sets. Data sets consist of category,
sub-category and key indicators. Data tables are the basic building blocks of a data classification / category.
Generate Data By Sector
- Select sector of your choice from the drop down list. Four sectors are available
- Once a sector is selected, list of data selectors belonging to the sector would be displayed.
- Click on a data selector of your choice to display the list of available data sets for the selector.
- Data selector links to data set variables from where you can select combination of variables
- Select data year range. That is, the beginning and the end year point of your data.
NOTE: To make data generation perform better, we have limited the year range to a maximum of 10 years per interval.
- Click Next to generate data based on your selections
Query Builder
- Click on Start Query Builder from the left side bar
- List of all data areas are loaded into a tree control with data sets loaded within.
- Select a data area from where to generate your data.
- Data area links to data variables from where you can select combination of variables
- Select data year range. That is begin and the end year of data.
NOTE: To make data generation perform better, we have limited the year range to a maximum of 10 years per interval.
- Click Next to generate the Data based on the specification
